Fix phone on your arm and just run. 3D characters in the app follow or lead you. As you run faster, characters come closer or go away. Comes with nice 3D sound. Usage: Fully charge your phone. Go outdoor and Fix phone on your arm by arm band or the like. Launch the app and adjust the distance to the goal, then select run menu. (For the first launch, only the uppermost menu can be selected) Don't move and wait for the GPS to become stable (this may take up to 1 or 2 minutes) Run!! Literally run!! Note: Turn on GPS. iPod device does not come with GPS. iPod requires 3rd party GPS receiver for iPod so that you can use iPod with this app. Please turn off auto lock, dialog type notifications. Do not use the app on the public road, that may cause car accidents.
